“As a former municipal attorney and civil litigator with nearly 27 years of experience, I have participated in many employment related mediations and have observed numerous mediation styles. He has an innate ability to create a “safe zone” for difficult clients by employing a truly humanistic approach to dispute resolution. My client was very emotional and had somewhat unrealistic expectations regarding her ability to prevail at trial. She was very distrustful of the mediation process from the onset.
